For many years Wlodek Goldkorn has been a well-known voice in Italian culture; he has interviewed great artists, writers and Nobel laureates and told many stories, but never his own personal one. That of a child born to two parents who escaped the horrors of the Second World War. Speaking with the author are Gianni Sofri, formerly of the University of Bologna, Monsignor Matteo Maria Zuppi, Archbishop of Bologna, Francesca Sofia, University of Bologna. A collateral event of European Day of Jewish Culture.
